Eastwood Village Senior Townhomes a quiet, comfortable, and pet friendly community for adults ages 55 or better. Our single-level, cottage-style homes feature private entrances with attractive landscaping and numerous expanses of "green space." We are conveniently located near main thoroughfares, yet we are far enough away to provide a tranquil setting. Our community's spacious design adds to the overall appeal of living at Eastwood Village. We offer reasonably priced one, two and three-bedroom townhomes. (Some income limits may apply.) A Human Services coordinator schedules monthly seminars and is available weekly to provide personal assistance to our residents. The Rental Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm; weekend showings by appointment.
